- Beef Protein everyone knows is the best because it contains more amino acids and is why carnivor is better than whey. Another thing, it is hydrolyzed!! which causes rapid absorption! Creatine also helps in pump. An excellent product with very good price!

- I'm a regular lifter and made the switch to beef protein around a year ago. A lot lighter than whey, more creatine, and more BCAA's. Overall a solid product. However if you drink protein to enjoy the flavor, I wouldn't recommend Carnivor, it's a thinner protein. I recommend any of the chocolate flavors, the salted caramel is kinda weird and tastes like coffee.
