This is my first intra-workout supplement that I have tried and I will not work out without it again. I can feel my endurance increasing which is making me excited for my next workout. Love this product and the flavors I tried are amazing.

Let me tell you first off that my recovery time between workouts is amazing since I started this. I no longer feel fatigue or sore when I finish my workouts and my strength has also increased greatly.

Suggested Dosage and Directions:
As a dietary supplement mix 1 Serving (1 scoop) with 8-16 oz of cold water and drink intra (during) workout or activity.
