Kerala Ayurveda Orange & Ashwagandha Soap is a natural handmade bathing bar that nourishes dry skin (Vata skin type). Warm, revitalising soap with skin nourishing properties to make you feel more refreshed and relaxed. This Ayurvedic body cleanser helps reduce free radical damage to the skin. By improving the microcirculation, it also helps rehydrates the skin.
Ayurvedic skin type guide: The first step of your skincare routine is to know your Ayurvedic skin type. This helps you to use a product that suits your skin. Your Ayurvedic skin type can be Vata, Pitta or Kapha, or sometimes even a combination of these doshas.
Vata skin type: Vata skin is usually thinner, cold to the touch, and has a general tendency towards dryness. When out of balance this skin can be excessively rough and flaky or look dull due to buildup of dead skin. This skin type needs to be well-nourished and sufficiently hydrated. For balancing Vata skin, the ingredients of this soap are selected based on their nurturing and regenerative qualities that help slow down the ageing process and protect the delicate skin. It also helps pacify imbalanced Vata and is warming, rich, highly hydrating and moisturising.
