MRM Complete E - 400 IU - 60 Softgels - Vitamins / Minerals
What Is MRM Complete E?
Complete E is a full spectrum Vitamin E supplement with natural Tocopherols, Tocotrienols, Alpha Lipoic Acid and Vitamin C. Vitamin E is a potent antioxidant that naturally occurs in many forms. It supports immune function as well as skin and eye health.† Vitamin E naturally occurs in nuts and seeds, but it is sometimes hard to get a sufficient amount of Vitamin E through diet alone.
Our Complete E supplement is a comprehensive formula that provides all eight naturally occurring forms of Vitamin E in both tocopherol and tocotrienol forms. Often times supplemental Vitamin E products use cheap synthetic forms or don’t contain the full spectrum. We source only naturally occurring Vitamin E forms from Non-GMO vegetable sources.
Vitamin E protects cell membranes and other fat-soluble parts of the body from damage, such as LDL cholesterol, aka “bad” cholesterol. Only when LDL is damaged or oxidized does cholesterol appear to increase cardiovascular health risks and Vitamin E is an important antioxidant protector of cholesterol, both “good” and “bad."
44As an added bonus, Complete E also contains Alpha Lipoic Acid and Vitamin C, which provides superior antioxidant protection and can support the recycling of Vitamin E.

How Does It Work?
Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin that has eight naturally occurring forms: four tocopherols (alpha-, beta-, delta-, gamma-) and four tocotrienols (alpha-, beta-, delta-, gamma-). Alpha-tocopherol seems to be the most abundant in the human body, but gamma-tocopherol and gamma-tocotrienol are the most bioactive.
As fat soluble antioxidants they are uniquely suited to combat certain types of free radicals (fat soluble or peroxyl radicals) and prevent a chain reaction of lipid destruction (cell membranes, low-density lipoproteins or LDLs). Once membranes are damaged they can lose their integrity and functionality. Lipoproteins are important for the transportation of fats through the blood stream. Once oxidized by free radicals, these LDLs can damage the walls of arteries and veins and cause the development of foam cells or plaque that can in time compromise cardiovascular health.
Tocotrienols are members of the Vitamin E family. Human studies indicate that, in addition to their antioxidant activity, tocotrienols have other important functions, especially in maintaining a healthy cardiovascular system.
After a Tocopherol molecule neutralizes a free radical, it is altered in such a way that its antioxidant capacity is lost. However, other antioxidants, such as Vitamin C and ALA, are capable of regenerating the antioxidant capacity of Vitamin E. Fortunately, ALA and antioxidants Vitamin C are perfectly suited to accept the radical for disposal and the tocopherols are ready to go back into action
