Along with 30. mcg of Biotin, the presence of Nicotinamide 18 mg- boosts keratin levels (a protein found in hair, skin, nails) and reduces inflammation, Rose Hip Extract 62.5 mg helps fight free radicals, boosts collagen and moisturizes skin, Vitamin C 35 mg, helps maintain the health and formation of collagen and reduce free radical damage to body cells.
